Shipping & Production

Made to Order

Most Stay Ghost products are made specifically for you after your order is placed.

Please allow approximately 2-7 business days for production before your order ships. Production times may occasionally be longer during holidays, high-volume releases, or other unusually busy periods.

Production time and shipping time are separate.

Shipping

Once your order has completed production, it will be transferred to the shipping carrier.

Estimated shipping times vary based on your location, selected shipping method, carrier conditions, and fulfillment location.
Please allow 5-10 business days for shipping.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking information when tracking is available.

Please allow tracking information time to update after receiving your shipping notification.

Multiple Packages

Some orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages.

Because we work with production partners and different items may be fulfilled from different locations, one portion of your order may arrive before another.

If this happens, don't panic — the remaining tracking information should be provided separately.

Shipping Delays

Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of Stay Ghost Clothing Company's direct control.

If your tracking appears unusually delayed or you believe your package has been lost, contact us and we will help you determine the next step.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered production or fulfillment.

Stay Ghost Clothing Company is not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.
