Because many of our products are made to order, our return process may differ from traditional retail stores.

Return Requests

If you need help with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition to be considered for an eligible return.

Please contact us before mailing anything back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible.

Include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the item and problem

Verified fulfillment errors or damaged products will be reviewed for replacement or refund as appropriate.

Sizing

Please review the size chart provided on the product page before ordering.

Because many Stay Ghost items are made specifically after an order is placed, ordering the incorrect size may not qualify as a manufacturing defect.

Exchanges

Direct exchanges may not always be available because products are made to order.

If you would like a different size or product, contact us so we can determine the best available option.

Final Sale Items

Items clearly marked Final Sale are not eligible for standard returns unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

After a refund has been processed, your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the credit appears on your account.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error by Stay Ghost Clothing Company or one of our fulfillment partners.
